Organize the nuts
To play Nuts Puzzle: Sort by Color, start by tapping on the nut you want to move, then select the screw where you want to place it. You can only place a nut on another screw if it’s either empty or if the top nut on that screw matches the color of the nut you’re moving. This simple rule sets the stage for the puzzle-solving challenge, as you’ll need to strategically plan your moves to ensure each screw ends up with nuts of a single color.
As you progress, the game introduces more nuts and a wider range of colors, making the puzzles increasingly complex. New challenges, such as hard mode levels, add an extra layer of difficulty by hiding the color of nuts until you move a piece from above them. These added twists will test your strategic thinking and problem-solving skills as you work through each level, striving to complete the puzzle with fewer moves and greater efficiency.
Use helpers
It’s at this point that you may need to use the undo, reset, and extra screw options, which are available on every level. However, you can only win extra screws from chests and from the winner's wheel. Clicking the screw icon adds an extra screw to free up more space. The undo button has a finite number of uses, but these are restored on each level. You can use the reset button to start the level over from scratch if you have no choice.
