Quick steps to get started
Move with W A S D or the arrow keys, and look around with the mouse.
On a phone or tablet, use the on-screen joystick on the left to walk and drag anywhere on the open sea to look.
Approach the water and press E or F to cast your line.
When a fish bites, hold the action button to keep the line tight and release it when the tension meter fills, then land the fish.
On the sand, watch for armoured crabs: walk straight at them and press the swing button to hit them.
Each crab has a health number floating above it, and that number is exactly how many coins it pays out when it breaks.
Open the shop at any time to spend coins on new rods, lures, gear and vehicles.
The goal is to complete the fishdex, unlock every achievement and afford the fastest boat and the car.
What's it all about?
Reel & Slash - Beach Legends is a first-person arcade fishing and beach combat game. Cast your line into a living tropical sea full of different fish species, then pull them in with a short timing-and-aiming fight instead of a single button press. The beach is not safe either: armoured crabs patrol the sand and will flee if you approach too slowly, so you have to close the distance and swing fast before they slip back into the water. Every catch and every kill pays coins, and the coins go straight into your shop - better rods, better lures, faster boats and a full set of beach vehicles. Fill your fishdex, unlock achievements, and see other players walking the same shore.
